Stranded Without A Script: 'The Mountain Between Us'

Snow, Crash: Alex (Kate Winslet) and Ben (Idris Elba) struggle for survival and narrative interest in The Mountain Between Us.

Director Hany Abu-Assad's film, which stars Kate Winslet, Idris Elba and a cute dog, is prettily shot but blandly predictable.
